We reply within 3 business days. Privacy and data requests are answered within 30 days.

The fastest answers

Refunds: email us from the address on your account and say you want a refund. Within 30 days of any charge, that is all we need. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Cancelling a subscription: do it yourself, any time, at Account → Subscription → Cancel. You do not need to contact us.
Deleting your account or someone you added: Account → Settings → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy, section 9.
Correcting a birth date, time or place: edit the saved person; it is always free.

What you will see on your statement

Charges appear on your card statement as SKYRULE, sometimes followed by the product, for example SKYRULE* ANNUAL or SKYRULE* REPORT.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by Skyrule. All prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax. Skyrule is offered in the United States only.
