In short
Ask within 30 days of any charge and we refund it in full — the first charge or a renewal, whatever you bought, without asking why.
Cancel any time, online, in one step. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
If a reading was built on wrong birth details, we refund it, even after 30 days.
To ask for a refund, email tayler.erbe@gmail.com from the address on your account and say you want a refund. That is all we need.
1. The one-time report ($29): 30-day money-back guarantee
If you ask for a refund within 30 days of buying a report, we refund it in full on your first message, without asking why. When we refund a report, your access to that report ends.
2. Subscriptions (monthly and annual)
If you ask within 30 days of any subscription charge — the first one or a renewal — we refund that charge in full, on your first message, without asking why. Renewal charges are refundable on exactly the same terms as first charges.
A refund ends the subscription, and your access with it. You can subscribe again at any time.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. After the 30-day window, we do not refund part of a period.
Our subscriptions renew automatically. Before you pay we show the renewal price and date, and we email you before any renewal at a higher price and before every annual renewal (Terms, section 6).
3. Readings built on wrong birth details (no time limit)
This promise does not change with future versions of this policy. If a reading was built on birth details that were wrong — because you mistyped them, or because we accepted something we should have caught — tell us and we refund what you paid for it. You do not have to prove the mistake. Correcting a saved person's details is always free.
4. Question credits
Included questions that come with a subscription have no separate cash value, are not refunded on their own, and end when the subscription ends.
Purchased credits: if you ask within 30 days of buying them, we refund the ones you have not used, at the price you paid.
Cancelling a subscription does not remove purchased credits. Deleting your account deletes unused credits, and the deletion screen tells you so before you confirm.
This promise does not change with future versions of this policy: if we withdraw the feature credits are used for, or close your account when you have not broken our terms, we refund your unused purchased credits at the price you paid, with no time limit.
5. A purchase made by a child
If you are a parent or guardian and your child paid for Skyrule with your card, tell us and we refund it on that message and end the subscription. We will not ask you to prove the relationship.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We do not substitute store credit.
We refund the full amount you were charged.
We issue the refund when we act on your message. How long it then takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer.
A refund is not a judgement about whether a reading was right or wrong.
7. Disputes with your bank
You can always contact your card issuer. If you dispute a charge with your bank, the subscription it paid for ends and no further charge is taken. We do not contest a dispute from anyone who asked us for a refund first and did not receive it. While a dispute is open, refunds of that charge are handled through the dispute process, not separately.
8. What you will see on your statement
Charges from Skyrule appear on your card statement as SKYRULE.
